or higher. Lower versions will cause
the control registration to fail.

If you already have these files on your system, they are
probably located in the System or System32 directory. If this is the case, you
probably do not need to register these files again.
To register the Control, place all of the above files in the System(32) directory and run
the REGSVR.EXE on the following files:
