A 32-bit ActiveX control that gives you a very easy way to add support for the Microsoft SideWinder ForceFeedback Joystick. Provides access to all built-in effects in the joystick. Allows you to assign buttons to effects so an effect is automatically played when the user presses a button on the joystick. Sends events to your application for continuous update of all joystick movements, including joystick position, rudder, throttle, and button statuses.

Plays FRC files, which can be created with the Microsoft Visual Force Factory application. This gives you complete control over the feedback effects.

Note: These controls require MFC42.DLL version 6.0 or higher.  It is likely that your PC is running MFC42.DLL version 4.x.  To correct this problem, please download the support files: ctlsup32.dll

Here is the property sheet as it appears in Visual Basic 6.0. As you can see, the joystick is very easy to set up and operate. A VB6.0 demo application is included in the package. Also included is a royalty-free license agreement that allows you to redistribute the run-time version of our control as part of your software without paying us for each copy of your application that you distribute.
